These Terms of Service govern your use of the Apex Web Design website and any design, development, or consulting services we provide. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Apex Web Design provides custom web design, landing page development, digital branding, and related consulting. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the individual proposal or statement of work agreed upon before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate brand assets, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have the right to use any materials supplied to us.
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed review windows.

4. Payments & Fees

Project fees are specified in the signed proposal. A deposit is generally required before work commences, with the balance due on completion or in agreed milestones. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final deliverables are transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets, such as stock imagery or licensed fonts, remain subject to their original licences.

6. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the number stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or out-of-scope work may incur extra charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Apex Web Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
