We want you to be confident in your investment. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, Apex Web Design offers a full refund within 30 days of the initial payment, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

• The refund request is made within 30 days of the original payment.
• The project has not been formally approved or marked complete by you.
• No custom third-party purchases (e.g., domain names, premium plugins, hosting fees) have been made on your behalf.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: third-party domain registrations, hosting or subscription fees, licensed stock assets, advertising spend, and any work already approved and delivered.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@apexwebdesign.online with your payment reference and a brief explanation. We aim to process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
